SDI Media Group Acquires PPC Creative

SDI Media Group has acquired the international film marketing agency PPC Creative from the private equity firm Smedvig Capital.

With offices in London and Los Angeles, PPC is one of the world’s leading producers of marketing collateral and content for the global film industry. The company creates, produces, localizes and delivers marketing assets across multiple international media platforms. This year, PPC has already worked across 322 film titles, producing more than 15,000 individual marketing assets in 39 different languages, distributed across 60 countries.

PPC will continue to operate as a stand-alone company, while taking advantage of being part of SDI. Both companies partner with the major media content providers extensively and they will look for opportunities to create synergies in servicing their clients. The acquisition was made for an undisclosed sum.
