Russian Deal for Gary Marenzi’s Management Company

SAINT PETERSBURG/LOS ANGELES: Gary Marenzi’s Marenzi & Associates management company has signed on to help expand the acquisition slate of Russia’s War & Peace Media Group.

Marenzi & Associates will assist in reaching out to the independent film community to score acquisitions of all rights for feature films in Russia and the CIS. Marenzi & Associates will also represent W&P at the upcoming AFM in Santa Monica. W&P plans to release up to 12 films per year through its newly formed full-service theatrical distribution and marketing arm.

War & Peace is one of several companies aligned with Marenzi & Associates. When Marenzi left his post as president of MGM Worldwide Television in June, he rebooted Marenzi & Associates to provide strategic management and execution for entertainment companies worldwide.
