RTL Orders Second Season of Armoza Format

TEL AVIV: A second season of the Armoza Formats series Comedians at Work, known as Stars at Work (Stars bei der Arbeit), has been commissioned by RTL in Germany, with Endemol producing.

Stars at Work will air in prime time on September 17 and will be hosted by German comedians Kaya Yanar and Paul Panzer. It features celebrities working typical jobs for a day and then performing standup about their experiences. The series’ first season aired in January-February 2011.

"In season one, we succeeded in our goal of reinventing comedy in German,” said Arno Schneppenheim, the executive producer at Endemol. “For the broadcaster, it was also important to do a show that praises hardworking German citizens in their jobs everywhere, while also making them laugh. We can’t wait to continue the work in season two."
