Rive Gauche Notches Up Pre-MIPCOM Sales

LOS ANGELES: More than 100 hours of reality programming from the catalogue of Rive Gauche Television have been licensed to international broadcasters.

The deals include Pitbulls and Parolees, which has been picked up by Discovery Latin America and UBC in Thailand. The hidden-camera series Scare Tactics was acquired by Telewizia Pulse in Poland, Art Sound in Mexico and Viasat Broadcasting in Latvia and Estonia. The clip show Stupid Suspects went to UBC in Thailand and Australia’s Foxtel. The action series Sports Crash was snapped up by UBC in Thailand.

“RGTV is pleased that our diverse offerings have been well accepted in the marketplace and we expect that all these shows will continue to receive further coverage in new territories,” said Jon Kramer, the chairman and CEO.
