Reel One International Names VP of International Distribution

LONDON: Reel One International, the U.K.-based distribution arm of Canadian producer Reel One Entertainment/Première Bobine, has upped Louisa Cadywould to head of international distribution.

Cadywould, formerly VP of international distribution, will maintain her existing portfolio of Western Europe, MENA and the Asia Pacific while expanding her remit to include all other international territories.

The promotion follows several other sales-team expansions within the last year. Last fall, Heike Renner joined from BBC Worldwide as VP of international sales to develop distribution in Germany, CEE, Russia and CIS, Scandinavia, Greece and Turkey. In May, Suju Abraham joined as a sales executive to look after the U.S., Australia, New Zealand and digital. Both execs will now report to Cadywould.
