NEW YORK: Production has begun on season two of USA Network’s hit series Fairly Legal, which is to be launched domestically in the spring, with the international rollout following across Universal Networks International’s portfolio of channels.

Fairly Legal stars Sarah Shahi as a top litigator turned anti-lawyer: a mediator with a passion for justice. Actor Ryan Johnson (Ghost Rider) stirs things up at the Reed & Reed law offices this season as a sharp, hustling, up-and-coming trial attorney, who is brought on as a new partner.

From Universal Cable Productions, the series is executive produced by Steve Stark (Medium, The Event, The Game) and Peter Ocko (Pushing Daisies, The Office, Boston Legal). Ocko also serves as showrunner. Anton Cropper (Monk, White Collar, In Plain Sight) is joining this season as producer-director. The series is co-commissioned by Universal Networks International (UNI).
