President of All Media Ventures Joins ON Networks Board

AUSTIN, August 22: Allan Grafman, the president of All Media
Ventures, has been appointed to the board of directors of ON Networks, where he
will assist the company in the delivery of next-generation video content for
multiple digital platforms.

In addition to being the president of All Media Ventures,
Grafman is also an operating partner of Mercury Capital Partners and co-founder
of Archie Comics Entertainment. He has previously held several executive
positions at leading companies, including Hallmark Entertainment and the
Tribune Company.

ON Networks is a new-media company delivering original
high-definition lifestyle content to multiple platforms including the Internet,
digital cable, IPTV and various mobile and gaming devices. The programming
offered can be accessed and watched on any screen, from iPhones to plasma TVs.
The shows are created by hundreds of up-and-coming producers who utilize the
company’s patent-pending ProSourcer Studio for the management, creation and
distribution of new HD content. Show titles include Austin Connoisseur, Budget Health Nut, Cocktails on the Fly, Golf Tips, Stump the Chef and Zen
Living, among others.
