Portfolio Names Director of Development

TORONTO: Portfolio Entertainment has hired Nancy Yeaman as the director of development, tasked with sourcing new projects and leading them into pre-production.

Yeaman heads to Portfolio following a 12-year stint at DECODE Entertainment, where she most recently served as director of development. At DECODE, now DHX Media, Yeaman directed the creative and business development on a number of series, including Franny’s Feet, The Latest Buzz and Poppets Town.

“Nancy has a flair for bringing characters and ideas to life. Her creativity and strong relationships in the creative community will contribute to our expanding production slate and we are thrilled to have her join our team,” said Lisa Olfman, co-president at Portfolio Entertainment.
