PGS Makes Sales for Studio Hari Shows

PARIS: Leon and Gees, short-form creations from Studio Hari, have secured new international broadcasters through deals signed by PGS Entertainment.

Leon is airing in more than 200 territories, including France (France Télévisions and Canal J), the U.K. (CBBC and BBC Two), Australia (ABC) and Germany (Super RTL). Further broadcasters include Disney in Spain and India, MTV3 in Finland, EBS in South Korea, SVT in Sweden, TV5MONDE, RUV in Iceland, NRK in Norway, ATV (Minika) in Turkey, TV3 Catalunya, Eurofine in Malaysia, MRT in Macedonia, SIC Portugal and DR in Denmark. PGS has wrapped up a new round of sales for the show, inking deals with Astro in Malaysia, Télé Québec in Canada, Pan Universe Chine, Discovery Latin America, Al Jazeera in the Middle East, Muz TV in Russia, SIC in Portugal, Prava I Prevodi in Serbia and Bosnia and Viasat Worldwide.

Gees, which launched at MIPTV 2010, has deals signed in more than 100 territories. Broadcasters include Gulli in France, ABC in Australia, Radio-Canada, SVT in Sweden, POP in the U.K., SIC in Portugal, DR in Denmark, Rustavi in Georgia and Eurofine in Malaysia, among others. Additional sales include to Discovery Latin America, Medi 1 TV in Morocco, Muz TV in Russia and Prava I Prevodi in Serbia and Bosnia.
