PGA Grand Slam of Golf Available on iTunes

ATLANTA,
November 16: Turner Sports and PGA.com announced that content from the 2006 PGA
Grand Slam of Golf, professional golf's most demanding tournament, will be
available on the iTunes Store beginning November 22, 2006.

This deal marks the first
time that PGA.com has made championship golf coverage available for purchase
and download.

The two-day PGA Grand Slam
of Golf tournament begins on November 21, and beginning November 22, iTunes
users will be able to purchase 25-30 minute highlight packages, complete with
defining moments and post-round interviews, of each day's action for $1.99 (US)
each. Turner Network Television (TNT) will televise live coverage of the PGA
Grand Slam of Golf each day, Tuesday from 7-10 p.m. ET and Wednesday from 6-10
p.m. ET.

In addition, iTunes
customers will be able to download a free instructional video starring PGA of
America Director of Instruction Rick Martino, 2005 Teacher of the Year Peter
Krause and PGA Professional Michael Breed.

pleased to extend our iTunes deal to add sports content from PGA.com to the
robust line-up of news and animation content we are currently providing from
CNN, Adult Swim and Cartoon Network," said Dennis Quinn, the executive VP
of business development for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.

the networks, online or through mobile devices,” adds Lenny Daniels, the senior
VP of sports production and new media at Turner Sports. “By working with
iTunes, we have the opportunity to reach more viewers and cross-promote our PGA
Grand Slam of Golf coverage across a variety of media platforms.”

The PGA
Grand Slam of Golf is a showcase of major champions featuring four of golf's
elite as they vie for a $1.25 million purse and recognition as the 'best of the
best.' Competing will be the reigning British Open and PGA Champion Tiger
Woods; 2006 U.S. Open Champion Geoff Ogilvy; #2 ranked PGA golfer and winner of
the 2003 U.S. Open and 2003 PGA Grand Slam of Golf Jim Furyk; and Canadian Mike
Weir who won his first major championship when he captured the 2003 Masters.
