Peace Arch Entertainment Announces Record Slate for AFM

TORONTO, October 31: Peace
Arch Entertainment Group will highlight a record number of feature films at the
AFM this week, headlined by Winged Creatures, starring Academy Award winners Forest Whitaker
and Jennifer Hudson.

Peace Arch will be showcasing
selected scenes from the drama Winged Creatures, which also stars Kate Beckinsale, Dakota Fanning,
Guy Pearce and Jackie Earle Haley, as well as the comedy The Deal, featuring Academy Award nominee William H. Macy,
Meg Ryan, LL Cool J and Elliott Gould. Both Winged Creatures and The Deal are now in post-production.

Other new titles available
at AFM include the dark comedy The Babysitters, about a teenage girl who turns her babysitting
service into a call-girl ring for married men after a tryst with one of her
customers. Goal 3, the final
movie in the sports trilogy Goal,
will also be offered. The movie follows two English players as they travel to
Germany to represent their country in the FIFA World Cup Finals. At the AFM, Peace
Arch will also be screening returning theatrical releases Chapter 27, Delirious and Watching the Detectives, each of which will roll out in the U.S.

Peace Arch’s television
and home entertainment divisions are also unveiling a number of new projects,
including the four-hour mini-series Guns, chronicling the story of four families caught up in illegal gun
trafficking.
