Paramount Extends Pact with ProSiebenSat.1

MUNICH, November 17: ProSiebenSat.1 Group has landed the exclusive
German free-TV rights to the upcoming Star
Trek and Transformers 2: Revenge of
the Fallen, among other features, as part of an extended output deal with
Paramount Pictures.

The deal also includes the much-anticipated Watchmen, plus library fare such as Beverly Hills Cop 1-3, 48
Hours, Forrest Gump, Mission Impossible 1-3, Ghost and Top Gun.

"By way of this agreement, we have secured ourselves access
to great, successful movies in the future," said Guillaume de Posch, the CEO of
the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. "Consequently, we will continue to stand for
first-rate television with a blockbuster guarantee."
