Panini Media Presents The History Secrets

MODENA: Panini Media, also known as The Licensing Machine, and the Societe Européenne de Production have struck an agreement for the international distribution of the prime-time show The History Secrets (Secrets d’Histoire), which will launch at MIPCOM.

The 25×52-minute show started in 2007 on France 2, moving to a summer weekly prime-time slot in 2008 with 18 90-minute installments. The series touches on figures such as Queen Victoria, Toutankhamon, Claude Monet and Marie Antoinette, bringing the audience unique footage, interviews with experts and access to exclusive locations that seek to unveil unknown secrets about these famous historical figures.

Panini Media is selling the finished shows, as well as the format.
