Outright Sells U.S. Version of Who Do You Think You Are?

LONDON: The U.S. version of Wall to Wall’s original format Who Do You Think You Are?, which premiered on NBC on March 5, has been sold by Outright Distribution into eight territories.

Australia’s Nine Network and New Zealand’s Prime have licensed the rights to the show. Who Do You Think You Are? U.S. has also been presold to Rogers Broadcasting in Canada, DR Denmark, MTV3 in Finland, SVT in Sweden, RTE in Ireland and DBS in Israel.

The U.S. series features Lisa Kudrow, Susan Sarandon, Sarah Jessica Parker, Spike Lee, Brooke Shields, Emmett Smith and Matthew Broderick. The show debuted strong on NBC at 8 p.m., winning the time slot among the 18-to-34 group and male viewers.
