Outright Expands Third-Party Catalogue

LONDON, July 6: Outright Distribution has inked a
representation deal with Danish independent Easy Film and has expanded is
alliance with the Irish outfit Vision Independent Productions (VIP).

The properties involved in the Easy Film deal include Off
The Beaten Track, a factual entertainment
show that brings celebrities into an extreme survival setting. It was produced
for TV2 Denmark. Also from Easy Film is Families By Notes, a studio-based entertainment game show on a quest
to find the most musical family in the country.

With the VIP alliance, Outright adds Take On The Take
Away to its expanding factual entertainment
catalogue alongside Holiday Quiz,
which allows viewers the chance to win a luxury holiday by texting in answers
to travel-based trivia questions. Take On The Takeaway is VIP’s latest commission for BBC One. It takes a
celebrity chef into people’s homes in a race against time to prepare and serve
a take away meal ordered at the same time by the contestants.
