Osbournes Sign with William Morris Agency

LONDON, November 7: The William Morris Agency (WMA) has struck a deal to represent the Osbournes—Ozzy, Sharon, Jack and Kelly—and will start with a focus on TV and commercials as the family prepares to launch their new variety series, The Osbournes: Live and Dangerous, to be produced by FremantleMedia North America for FOX.

WMA brokered the Osbournes new television co-production deal with FOX on behalf of the family and FremantleMedia.

The family’s first reality show, the Emmy Award-winning The Osbournes, debuted in 2002 and was the highest-rated series ever on MTV during its first season. Since the show ended in 2005 the family has pursued their own successful individual projects.

"The Osbournes are international stars and have become a part of today’s entertainment culture," said John Ferriter, WMA’s executive VP and head of nonscripted television. "We look forward to exploring opportunities that will capitalize on the family’s global appeal and will follow the production of their new show."
