intention to sell off nine of its FOX network-affiliated television stations.

News Corp. currently owns and operates 35 stations across
the U.S. The outlets to be sold are WJW in Cleveland, Ohio; KDVR in Denver,
Colorado;
KTVI in St. Louis, Missouri;
WDAF in Kansas City, Kansas;
WITI in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; KSTU in Salt Lake City, Utah;
WBRC in
Birmingham, Alabama; WHBQ in Memphis, Tennessee; and WGHP in Greensboro, North
