New Teen Reality Series for The N

NEW YORK, June 19: The N
has teamed up with Reveille for a new one-hour teen reality series, The N’s
Student Body
, premiering July 11
at 10 p.m. with a simulcast launch on Nick at Nite.

Hosted by famed athlete
Laila Ali, The N’s Student Body brings
together 12 students from rival high schools for a competition to get in shape,
challenging contestants to make positive changes both physically and mentally.
The winning school and winning student will take home $25,000 that will be used
for new school facilities and programs. The series is produced by The N, along
with Reveille's Mark Koops, Dave Broome of 25/7 Productions and Ben Silverman,
the founder of Reveille and the co-chairman of NBC Entertainment and Universal
Media Studios.

positive point of view, 'reality with morality' we like to say," said
Sarah Tomassi Lindman, the senior VP and general manager of The N. "Our
viewers will find themselves cheering on these remarkable teens as they strive
to get into shape and change their lives."

"The students on this
educational and entertaining show inspired us with what they
accomplished," added Koops, the managing director and co-head of domestic
television at Reveille. "We hope that they will empower other teenagers to
make positive changes in their lives by making simple, easy choices."
