New Syfy Pilot Based on The Lotus Caves

NEW YORK: A new scripted pilot from Bryan Fuller, the creator of Dead Like Me and Pushing Daisies, has been ordered by Syfy.

The show will be based on the book The Lotus Caves by John Christopher. The story follows colonists who rebel against their lunar colony by exploring beyond its prescribed boarders, discovering a series of caves ruled by an uber-intelligent alien species.

Jim Grey (In Plain Sight, Pushing Daisies) will co-write the script with Fuller.
