LOS ANGELES, April 16:
BabyFirstTV, a 24/7 commercial-free channel aimed at babies, toddlers and their
parents, will debut in the Caribbean, the Bahamas and Bermuda through an
exclusive distribution agreement with Caribbean Cable Cooperative.

Launched in May 2006,
BabyFirstTV is available in the U.S. via DIRECTV and DISH Network, as well as
Comcast and Charter cable systems. Internationally, BabyFirstTV is available to
more than 80 million households in partnership with global broadcast, cable and

appeal BabyFirstTV holds to a key segment of their audience—young
families. Like Caribbean Cooperative, international broadcasters recognize the
significant promotional value BabyFirstTV brings to their service.”

Howie Crotin, the advisor
