New Programming Headed to BBC Entertainment, BBC Lifestyle

LONDON: A range of new content, from the likes of ALL3MEDIA International and Endemol, has been picked up by BBC Worldwide Channels to air in Poland, Africa, Asia and the Nordic region on BBC Entertainment and BBC Lifestyle starting in 2011.

From ALL3MEDIA International comes The Buying Game, which has been picked up for BBC Entertainment, along with Rachel Allen’s Dinner Parties and Children’s Hospital for BBC Lifestyle. From Endemol comes Football’s Next Star and the one-off drama Royal Wedding, both for BBC Entertainment. Additional titles include Ladies of Letters and Wire in the Blood.

BBC Worldwide Channels also picked up a package from Zodiak Rights for BBC Lifestyle that included Gok Wan: Too Fat Too Young and How to Look Good Naked: Sexy Over 60. Season six of How to Look Good Naked is part of the deal as well.
