New International Leadership in Place at NBCU

LONDON: NBCUniversal has announced its new international leadership structure under Jeff Shell, with Kevin MacLellan tapped as president of international television, with oversight for sales, channels and production.

Shell, president of NBCUniversal International, announced the new London-based leadership team today. “My primary goal is to form our various divisions into one cohesive international business aligned with a common set of objectives, allowing our talented leaders to contribute to a unified strategic vision of future growth.”

Kevin MacLellan, reporting to Shell, will oversee the international television business as a whole from London. Belinda Menendez becomes president of international TV distribution and Universal Networks International (UNI), also out of London, reporting to MacLellan and Rick Finkelstein. With Menendez’s new role, Roma Khanna, formerly president of UNI and digital initiatives, is exiting the company. Also reporting to MacLellan is Michael Edelstein, the president of international television production. Rowan Conn becomes CFO for NBCUniversal International. David Kosse remains as president of international at Universal Pictures, with Eddie Cunningham as president of UPIE.
