New Hires for IMG Digital Media

LONDON, May 6: IMG Digital Media has appointed Clive Baker
as its chief technical officer and Angela Kyle as its commercial director,
based in London.

In his new role as chief technical officer for IMG Digital
Media, Baker will be focused mainly on the technical vision, architecture and
operations of IMG Digital Media’s new web 3.0 platform, which enables IMG to be
more reactive to clients, partners and market trends. Baker joins IMG Media
from Discovery Networks, where he led the technical development and delivery of
services from interactive TV, mobile and websites, content management and asset
management systems. He will report to Olivier Gers, the senior VP of IMG Media.

In her new role, Kyle will help grow the company’s
London-based operations as commercial director, leading business development
and diversification initiatives. She will focus on identifying new revenue
opportunities for existing clients and developing new partnerships and
strategic investments that enhance the IMG portfolio of companies. Kyle will report to Donna North, the
senior VP head of EMEA at IMG Digital Media.

Kyle joins IMG Media from her company AK Associates, a
consulting firm based in Los Angeles and London. AK Associates has worked with
Turner Broadcasting, ESPN, Paul Allen’s Vulcan Ventures, LivePlanet, Electra
Entertainment, TwoWayTV, FremantleMedia Enterprises and Fleming Media.

IMG Digital Media creates, distributes and markets immersive
multiplatform experiences for leading brands in sports and entertainment.
