New Harriet the Spy to Hit DVD in the Fall

TORONTO: E1 Entertainment Canada will be releasing the new family comedy Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars, produced by 9 Story Entertainment, in Canada this fall.

The film’s release kicks off the ongoing distribution agreement between E1 and 9 Story. In the U.S., the comedy will be distributed by Vivendi Entertainment. Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars was written by Alexandra Clarke and Heather Conkie, currently the writer and executive producer on CBC’s hit series Heartland. The movie is based on the literary character created by Louise Fitshugh.
