Network Ten Secures Broadcast Rights to The Masters

SYDNEY, February 1: Network Ten has acquired the Australian
broadcast rights to The 71st Masters Tournament and will broadcast
the event in high-definition.

The Masters will be played at
the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia, from April 5 through April
8. TEN will broadcast all four days of The Masters live on location from
Augusta National Golf Club, as well as file daily stories from Augusta for its
news bulletins and Sports Tonight. In
addition to broadcasting The Masters in HD, TEN will also telecast all of its
prime time AFL matches in HD as well as the 2007 Rugby World Cup.
