Network Ten Inks Retransmission Agreement with FOXTEL

SYDNEY, August 7: Australian terrestrial Network Ten has
signed a retransmission agreement with FOXTEL, placing the channel in the
digital platform’s electronic program guide (EPG).

Consumers will be able to tap into all of FOXTEL’s
functionality when viewing TEN, including accessing program information via the
EPG and recording via a DVR. In addition, TEN’s signal will be available to
FOXTEL satellite subscribers in Brisbane, Melbourne and Geelong, Sydney and the
NSW central coast; there is presently no satellite retransmission of TEN on
FOXTEL. Plus, TEN's HD service will also be retransmitted via cable when FOXTEL
launches its own HD offering next year.

Grant Blackley, TEN's CEO, commented: "With this agreement,
viewers will find it easier than ever to access TEN regardless of how they
choose to receive their television services.”

FOXTEL already has cable and satellite digital
retransmission agreements with the ABC, SBS and Nine Network. Seven Network is
now the only Australian terrestrial not listed on FOXTEL’s EPG.
