NBCU’s Cloo Lines Up First Original

NEW YORK: The NBCUniversal-owned cable network Cloo is set to introduce its first original true-crime series, Killer Instinct, on September 17, followed by Dateline on Cloo.

Killer Instinct features retired FBI profiler Mark Safarik, who will demonstrate his ability to interpret crime scenes and violent criminal behavior. Killer Instinct debuts September 17 at 9 p.m., to be followed by Dateline on Cloo at 10 p.m. Both series premiere 13 back-to-back one-hour episodes every Saturday. Safarik also hosts Dateline on Cloo, which delves into some of the newsmagazine’s most compelling stories of true crimes.

Cloo also offers crime and mystery programs such as Burn Notice, House, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Law & Order: SVU, NCIS as well as classics such as Charlie’s Angels, T.J. Hooker and Walker, Texas Ranger. The channel, available in more than 38 million homes, also airs films, including The Bourne Ultimatum, Quantum of Solace and 3:10 to Yuma.
