NBC Universal Announces Japanese VOD Deal

TOKYO/UNIVERSAL CITY, October
6: Jupiter VOD and NBC Universal International Television Distribution have
entered into a multi-year licensing agreement for the video-on-demand rights in
Japan to current, library and upcoming NBC Universal feature films.

Key titles included in the deal
are King Kong, Nanny McPhee, Brokeback
Mountain, The Ice Harvest, Two for the Money, Serenity
and Doom. In addition, the
agreement features classic titles from NBC Universal's library of more than
4,000 feature films, such as Bourne Identity, Apollo 13, 2 Fast 2
Furious and others.
