My Damn Channel Unveils New Lineup

NEW YORK, February 11: The 6-month-old entertainment studio
and new media platform My Damn Channel is premiering three new series today: Horrible
People
, Cookin’ with Coolio and Carnival of Stuff.

Horrible People is a
soap opera with an evil, comedic twist. Featuring Wet Hot American
Summer
’s A. D. Miles as writer, director
and star, the series takes place at a never-ending cocktail party. The 10
episodes are produced by Jonathan Stern and will air every Monday.

Every Wednesday, My Damn Channel will offer hip-hop star
Coolio creating his favorite “funkalicious” dishes in Cookin’ with Coolio. The series is produced by Dead Crow Pictures.

Carnival of Stuff is
a block of original branded comedy shorts from Steve Kerper, the creator of
HBO’s cult series Hardcore TV.
The first project selected for the block is Invasion, an animated series about two small, determined
aliens ordered to conquer the Earth. The series is animated by Asterisk, the
outfit behind Saturday Night Live’s
TV Funhouse. The second project
planned is Bedtime Stories, which
will debut in March. The series retells traditional children’s fables in a
provocative way by host Grace Helbig.

My Damn Channel has also announced that its lineup of
original comedy and music videos has surpassed 13 million views since launching
six months ago.

"The best talent line-up in the game deliver original
new videos every week," said Rob Barnett, the president and CEO of My Damn
Channel. "We're building a big brand, mass audience and real revenues at a
fast pace without any corporate red tape."
