MTVNI Strikes Deals Across Music Brands

LONDON: MTV Networks International has firmed up several new agreements across its music brands MTV, VH1 and CMT.

The VH1 reality series The Fabulous Life…, which gives a glimpse into the lives of the rich and famous, has been picked up by Switzerland’s Italian-language RSI. TV2 in Denmark went for new specials.

In Asia, Japan’s NHK is set to air the CMT series Crossroads, featuring musical icons, while TVB in Hong Kong has added the MTV series The Shot. Meanwhile, Ecuador’s Teleamazonas has licensed MTV’s Boiling Points.
