MTVNI Adds to Corporate Communications Team

NEW YORK/LONDON, July 11: MTV Networks International (MTVNI)
has announced several promotions and additions for its corporate communications
team, including the appointment of Linda Alexander as executive VP.

Alexander, who was previously responsible for the
communications and public affairs for MTVNI Latin America, will lead the
company’s media relations and communications initiatives. She will continue to
be based in Miami and will report to Bill Roedy, the CEO and chairman of MTVNI,
and Bob Bakish, the president of MTVNI.

Seema Alibhai and Sandra Lee will join the team as directors
of corporate communications for MTVNI in London and New York, respectively.
Other members of the team include AnneMarie Kane, a VP based in New York, and
Bob Seely, a London-based director.

Alexander and her team will provide communications support
and direction for MTVNI’s key business units, including channel services, ad
sales, digital media, consumer products, programming and public affairs, and
for key events such as The MTV Europe Music Awards and Nickelodeon’s Kids’
Choice Awards.

Roedy said: “I’m confident that this talented team will
provide the strategic communications needed to support our portfolio of brands
as we continue to launch new services, increase brand awareness and create
deeper connections with our international audiences and partners.”
