Moving Pictures Picks Up New Title

SANTA MONICA: Moving Pictures Film & TV has picked up the international rights to the family-friendly movie First Dog, and in a separate deal sold the rights to the second season of Moving Pictures Live in Latin America and the Caribbean to Turner Broadcasting System Latin America. 

First Dog stars Eric Roberts (The Expendables) and Tiny Lister (The Fifth Element). The film follows a boy in a foster home as he takes it upon himself to return the lost dog to the the White House. 

Moving Pictures Live is heading to Turner Latin America’s entire footprint, including all of Latin American and the Caribbean for basic pay TV, starting April 1, 2011. The interview show features filmmakers and celebrities discussing movie projects from the past, present and future.
