More Jimmy Two-Shoes in the Works

TORONTO: TELETOON has ordered a further 13 episodes of Jimmy Two-Shoes from Breakthrough Entertainment for a third season to launch in 2011.

This order comes on the heels of the second-season premiere of the show on TELETOON. Other international broadcasters that are on board for the series include Disney XD in the U.S., Europe and Japan; Cartoon Network in Asia and Australia; and Nickelodeon in Latin America.

Jimmy Two-Shoes is a vital part of the Three Hours of Awesome programming block on TELETOON and we are delighted to renew this partnership with our friends at Breakthrough to bring our inventory to a total of 52 episodes for this series,” said Alan Gregg, the director of original content at TELETOON Canada.

Jimmy Two-Shoes takes audiences on a wonderfully ridiculous adventure to a world filled with wild monsters, zany gadgets, and bottomless laughs,” added producer Mark Evestaff.

“We are very pleased to announce a third-season pickup from TELETOON," added executive producer Peter Williamson, "and we’re confident the series will continue to be a great addition to the network’s portfolio.”
