Moody Upped to Acquisitions Chief at A&E, Bio

YORK, July 30: At A&E Network and Bio Channel, Thomas Moody has been
promoted to senior VP of programming planning and acquisitions, reporting to
the president and general manager of both channels, Bob DeBitetto.

Moody is charged with
developing and implementing the programming, scheduling and acquisition
strategies for A&E Network, Bio Channel, as well as new initiatives such as
the Crime & Investigation Network. He has been VP of programming planning
for A&E Television Networks since 2003. He first joined the company as the
director of program research after a decade at ABC.

"Tom brings a track
record of significant accomplishment to the table, from both the business and
programming sides of our industry," said DeBitetto. "He is a talented
strategist and has been a key driver of our success over the past several
years."
