MIPLab Opens Call for Entries for Video Tech Startup Competition

PARIS: Reed MIDEM is now accepting entries for the fifth edition of the MIPLab competition for video technology innovation.

The competition is for brand-new tech companies offering TV and online video solutions. Startups have until March 2, 2015, to submit their pitches to be selected among the five MIPLab finalists. These finalists will do a public pitch session before an international jury as part of MIPTV.

The 2014 competition, which was known as the MIPCube Lab, received 69 applications from more than 20 countries.
