MGM Promotes Bosco to Finance SVP

LOS ANGELES, June 13: Chris
Bosco has been promoted to senior VP of finance at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios,
reporting to executive VP and CFO Steve Hendry.

In his new position, Bosco takes on supervision of all
financial matters for the studio’s theatrical marketing, production finance and
the newly forged home entertainment production unit in addition to his ongoing
responsibilities managing MGM’s financial reporting. Bosco will also provide finance support to MGM’s newly
formed film production joint ventures, including United Artists Entertainment
and Ventanazul. Bosco will continue to be based at the studio’s headquarters in
Century City, California. Most recently, he served as VP and controller at MGM.
