Mafalda Goes Digital

MIAMI: Rafael Fusaro, the president of APA International Film, has announced that the animated series Mafalda has been digitalized and includes the corresponding M&E track for dubbing.

The series launches for the European and Asian markets at this year’s MIPCOM in Cannes. Rights include broadcast, satellite, cable and mobile among others. The show centers on a 6-year-old Argentine girl with a strong political view of the world. She wants to be an interpreter at the U.N. when she’s older so she can translate politicians’ insults into compliments and bring about world peace.
