Logo Revamps Doc Strand

NEW YORK: Logo’s documentary series Real Momentum, which tells the stories of underdogs and innovators, is to be relaunched as Logo Docs.

As of September 18, the show will launch with a new look and tone. The strand tell stories through the eyes of gays, lesbians, their family and friends. Logo Docs kicks off with the network premiere of Eleven Minutes, a documentary following Project Runway winner Jay McCarroll through the world of the fashion industry.

"In recent years, we’ve thoroughly investigated the momentum of various segments within our community," said Marc Leonard, the senior VP of multiplatform programming for Logo. "Now, as our community of viewers grows, we’re looking at bigger, broader stories that are more inclusive of our expansive world. We’re interested in the fiercest underdogs and wildcats of fashion, celebrity, style, theater, sports and our own community."
