LIVING Commissions Spin-off of Most Haunted Series

LONDON, April 26: Following the success of the Most
Haunted and Most Haunted Live series, LIVING has commissioned Antix Productions to
produce a new 8×1-hour spin-off series, Most Haunted: Midsummer
Murders, for premiere this summer.

The new series will visit picturesque historic villages
around England to investigate mysterious murders that may lie behind their
idyllic, tranquil exteriors. Presenter Yvette Fielding, Karl Beattie and
psychic David Wells will join Most Haunted Live historian Leslie Smith, as Smith attempts to uncover the previously
unexplored dark histories of these villages—many of which are built on
ancient burial or worship grounds where mysterious sightings and ghostly
goings-on have plagued their inhabitants for years. The series is executive
produced by LIVING’s commissioning editor Mark Sammon and Antix Productions’
Karl Beattie and Yvette Fielding.
