SANTA MONICA: A range of programming from TV Guide Network is being offered by Lionsgate at NATPE, including the original docu-soap Nail Files.

Nail Files is from the executive producer of the smash hit Jersey Shore, SallyAnn Salsano. The series centers on a celebrity-filled nail salon. Also on offer is Red Carpet Coverage, featuring host Chris Harrison as he anchors live awards show coverage. Hollywood 411 is also hosted by Harrison, as he presents the top Hollywood news in a half-hour entertainment program. There are also a number of TV Guide Specials on offer, including 25 TV Blunders and Sexiest Stars.

Alongside its own returning flagship series such as Mad Men and Weeds, Lionsgate is debuting Are We There Yet?, a comedy series based on the movie of the same name starring Ice Cube. The catalogue also includes Girls Gone Wild, a 12-part reality competition series featuring the antics on board the “Girls Gone Wild” tour buses.

“We’re excited to be heading into Miami with such a potent line-up of original programming,” said Peter Iacono, Lionsgate’s managing director of international television. “We anticipate international buyers will find the new programming from TV Guide Network extremely appealing.”
