Lifetime Showcases Fall Slate

NEW YORK, August 8: Lifetime Television’s upcoming fall
slate includes the original movie The Mermaid Chair with Kim Basinger, the new reality series Off
the Leash

America novela Bianca.

The Mermaid Chair,

October sees the launch of Off the Leash, which goes behind the scenes of a Hollywood pet
talent agency; and the tentatively titled Bianca, a 20-episode novela, starring Virginia Williams,
Rachel Ward and Shirley Jones, about a young woman who has to start over in
life after being wrongly imprisoned for murder. Also in October the channel
will present The Lisa Williams Project, in which the British clairvoyant delivers messages from deceased
loved ones.

As part of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month in
October, Lifetime will launch the original movie Why I Wore Lipstick to My
Mastectomy
, based on the memoir of the same
name by Geralyn Lucas.
