Li TV Scores New Asian Carriage

KUALA LUMPUR: Asian lifestyle network Li (Life Inspired) has scored new carriage deals in Taiwan, with the service now available on eight platforms in four markets in the region.

The new deals were inked with  DishHD and Chunghwa Telecom MOD, adding to existing coverage on Singapore’s mioTV; Indonesia’s Indovision, First Media HomeCable, and AORA; Taiwan’s TFN New TV and Malaysia’s Astro B.yond.

Anne Chan, general manager of Li, said, “We are delighted to work with DishHD, Chunghwa Telecom MOD as well as Astro B.yond. Since our maiden launch in Singapore last year, we’re excited to now be on eight platforms throughout four markets in such a short time span, marking a significant accomplishment for the network. We’re now on track to complete our expansion to five priority markets come November with announcements of more carriage deals."

The channel’s schedule is building around food, home, wellness, travel and style. Its branded blocks include Li Body (wellness and workout tips), Li Savour (food), Li East (Asian content from a variety of lifestyle genres), Li Ultimate (reality lifestyle), Li Space (home decor) and Li Chic (fashion and travel).
