LAT TV Launches “Cybernovela”

HOUSTON, November 30: U.S. Hispanic broadcaster LAT TV
(LatinAmerica Broadcasting) has launched AlamoHeightsSA, a telenovela designed for multiplatform broadcast.

The show, from Alamo Heights SA Holdings, is being billed as
the industry’s first “royalty-free, cross-cultural, Tex-Mex cybernovela.”
Available in Spanish and English, the show can be delivered online, on
television, via podcast and on mobile TV. The full episodes will air on LAT TV
and various ad-supported Internet platforms, including Brightcove and VEOH. LAT
TV is available as a free-to-air network in five U.S. markets: Austin,
Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Phoenix and San Antonio.

AlamoHeightsSA was
created by Rick Cuéllar of El Mundo Entertainment and developed by Texas-based
production company zyntroPICS, INC.
