KidsCo Launching in Greece

LONDON: The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization (OTE) has reached a carriage deal to launch KidsCo into Greece via its IPTV service conn-x TV.

Slated for a June 1 launch, KidsCo will offer Greek viewers three programming zones to watch: preschool, kids 6 to 10 and family. The channel is already available in a number of European territories, including France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Russia, Turkey, Romania, Poland and Hungary, with plans to roll out to additional key European territories throughout 2009. KidsCo Greece will be fully localized and the channel will also be accompanied by a fully languaged KidsCo website at kidscotv.tv.

Paul Robinson, the managing director of KidsCo said: “We are delighted that KidsCo will be available in Greece.
