Jonas Bauer Joins Tandem Team as Partner

MUNICH, October 5: Jonas Bauer, who first began working with
Tandem Communications in August 2004 as an affiliated producer and sales agent
for the Italian and Spanish markets, has joined the production and distribution
company's management team as a partner.

"Jonas played a key role in helping us secure the
international rights for the CBS mini-series The Hades Factor and Ridley Scott's mini-series for TNT, The
Company,” said Rola Bauer, a partner at the
company. “His years of experience as a producer in the international
co-production arena have opened many important doors to him both in Europe and
in Los Angeles, which further builds Tandem's profile."

"Making Jonas a partner was taking the logical next
step after three years of a productive affiliation with him," added Tim
Halkin, also a partner. "His commitment to Tandem is helping us grow to
the next level. Jonas has become a valuable member of our management
team."

Prior to Tandem, Jonas Bauer headed the international
production division at the DeAngelis Group in Rome. His first stint in the
television industry came in 1995 at the Kirch Group.
