JoeCartoon Launches Humor Portal

LOS ANGELES, August 3: JoeCartoon, an online animation
company recently acquired by Endemol USA, has re-launched its online portal
JoeCartoon.com, dedicated to showcasing humorous videos on the Internet.

The revamped website offers an enhanced user-friendly
interface that includes a video section divided into five video subsections:
“Beer,” “Funny,” “Cool,” “Commercials,” and “Crazy.” Additionally, for the
first time, the site will feature online video games that incorporate JoeCartoon
characters in a retro ‘70s style. The website will also post new videos daily,
release a new video podcast on iTunes each week, and feature a new
JoeCartoon-themed game and cartoon on a monthly basis.

JoeCartoon has created more than 50 original shorts
including Gerbil in a Microwave, Superfly and Thuh Greenfields. JoeCartoon characters have also been seen on MTV
and G4 networks. The company is perhaps best known for Frog in a
Blender
.

Mike Tuinstra, the CEO of JoeCartoon, commented: “We’re very
excited about the recent changes at JoeCartoon.com. The new site is a one-stop
humor portal. If you have five minutes to kill, JoeCartooon.com is where you’ll
go. Our fans are the best, and the site grows through our online community. We
encourage participation through the Church of Joe Blog, forum, contests, video
games, video submissions, MySpace, and YouTube.”
