Jetix to Premiere Refreshed Websites

AMSTERDAM/LONDON, August 21: Next month, Jetix Europe will
relaunch its 19 websites, which the company has redesigned to include a new
navigation, a fresh look and additional functionality.

Jetix-owned sites in Germany, the U.K., Spain, Italy,
France, the Netherlands, Israel, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Hungary,
Poland, Russia, Romania, Turkey, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Greece will be
relaunched. In 2007 Jetix Europe’s websites generated on average 100 million
page views per month.

The new navigation offers children 6 to 14 numerous ways to
access content, such as through the use of colors, iconic imagery and simple
descriptive language. The design of the new sites reflects the on-air look of
Jetix channels using both html and Flash. More standard advertising formats
have been included and are clearly labeled. New initiatives for potential
advertisers are also being introduced including a “Homepage Takeover,” which
utilizes bespoke packages on the homepage.

With the addition of an online community, new interactive
video player and enhanced games, the functionality of the sites has also been
improved. The incentive-based online community will enable kids to access
exclusive content, interact with their friends and build their own profile
featuring a personal 3-D avatar provided by Yomego.

Chiara Cipriani, the director of digital for Jetix Europe,
said: “I am really excited to be announcing our plans for the new sites. This
is the result of months of research and development as well as learnings from
our own sites over the years. We’re certain the new sites will provide a
better, more engaging experience for kids as well as greater commercial
opportunities for our partners and we are looking forward to their rollout
across Europe.”
