Janson Lands Chinese Deal for Vikings Doc

HARRINGTON PARK: Janson Media has sold Vikings: Journey to New Worlds from its Giant Screen Films collection to Legend International Company (LIC) of China.

The documentary takes viewers through the lands that the Vikings settled and explored, covering Iceland, Greenland and Newfoundland. The 40-minute large-format production provides a comprehensive portrait of the Vikings, exploring their cultural and historical impact as well as their technological and scientific achievements. The period of the Vikings is believed to have started around 793 A.D.
