ITV Studios Enters First-Look Deal with Babyfoot

LONDON: The signing of a new multi-year deal grants ITV Studios the first-look rights to develop and produce local versions of new formats created by Babyfoot.

Titles within the Scandinavian company’s portfolio include Gay Army, I Survived a Japanese Game Show and Bingo Banko. The company is led by David Sidebotham.

John Whiston, the creative director at ITV Studios, commented, “We are delighted to secure this first-look deal. Babyfoot is behind some of the wildest and funkiest ideas around at the moment. Combine that with our expertise in development and production and who knows what wonderful TV will come out of this innovative collaboration.”
