TORONTO/NEW YORK: The online and mobile video site iThentic, which offers a curated library of short-form video content, has released 26 web series in the comedy, drama and documentary genres.

All of the series will be available at the same time so audiences can watch on their on terms instead of waiting for the next episode. The site also includes a commentary section with articles written by iThentic content creators.

“Since its 2006 launch, iThentic has positioned itself as the destination for curated short-form video content,” said Lisa Baylin, the VP of content and production at iThentic. “Extending our showcase to include the web series is the next phase in providing a one stop destination for consumers looking for the best in online video content.”

The company is backed by eOne Entertainment, the founders of iThentic (led by Catherine Tait), and Smiley Guy Studios.
